We don't love it but probably have to ship it because of the fish.

The good news is bottom board removes straight out on the board where Hero has top set.

About as dry as a set of aces can be. I think Shamu’s likeliest hand would be 99xy, so probably V has some big wraps:

Omaha Double Board Bombpot Equity Calculation
Boards: As8h5d, 9s6d4s
Player 1 has Ac6cAdJs (Total Equity: 37.7%):
- Equity: 71.4%, 4.0%
- Win: 71.4%, 4.0%
- Tie: 0.0%, 0.0%
Player 2 has 9d9hQc4h (Total Equity: 25.9%):
- Equity: 5.0%, 46.7%
- Win: 5.0%, 46.7%
- Tie: 0.0%, 0.0%
Player 3 has 7s6s8d7d (Total Equity: 36.5%):
- Equity: 23.6%, 49.4%
- Win: 23.6%, 49.4%
- Tie: 0.0%, 0.0%

Of course, many possibilities, be nice to knock V out with a jam but he’ll certainly suspect that, Fish could obviously have two pair on top/flush draw on bottom, etc.

If you continue you have to jam but this seems to be a win small lose big situation.

Could a fold possibly be right? Doubt I could, but…

Yeah, I really don't like folding or calling. Shoving isn't great. But I think it might be the only decent option because of the big fish.

Well, obviously calling is out of the question and F is never folding, so let’s lay it all out there.

Scenario A—Hero folds

Result 1: H ‘loses’ 20

Scenario B—Hero shoves, V folds

Result 2: H & F chop, H wins 110

Result 3: H scoops, H wins 685

Result 4: F scoops, H loses 465

Scenario C—Hero shoves, V calls (we note V may strongly suspect H has a strong one-way hand and is trying to squeeze him)

Result 5: H scoops, H wins 2085

Result 6: V scoops, H loses 1500

Result 7: F scoops, H scoops, H wins 1035

Result 8: F scoops, V scoops, H loses 1500

Result 9: F scoops, H & V chop, H loses 465

Result 10: H wins B1, H wins 292.50

I dunno, I think this might actually be a very close fold now. H has almost no scoops, V almost certainly has a at minimum good two way hand, F either has some sort of two way hand or a dry 99 imo .02.

If F had 1500 it’s certainly a clear but wary shove.

Shoving is fine, he could still fold.

Can’t fault you if you wanna fold; this isn’t a fist pump by any means. Our equity on bottom is crappy especially three ways. I do think it’s slightly +EV or break even to gii but could be convinced it’s a losing play.

At this point, we just need an advanced sim program to plug in the stack sizes. Very close either way.

A tournament especially a big one, it might be a clearer fold.

Great post OP, pluperfect irl example of a critically important DBBP concept.
