call or all in with trips?
Preflop I think call is too loose with this hand. Actually aside from nut hearts this hand is really garbage, so many gaps. We are also facing a raise from a solid regular so we need a pretty decent hand to continue even with the presumbed calls from the loose players in the blinds. What are some examples of hands we should we call with in this scenario pre?
On the flop we have a pretty massive holding. I don't see why we would ever check especially last to act. Is pot the best sizing? Why or why not?
Once raised, I think we are still so strong that folding is not an option. Therefore, we should either call or raise again.

Just get it in at this point.
Bet smaller. I don’t think it matters if we call or raise it’s all going in.
Jam seems good, under the reasoning that Hero will have a3xxxx hands with better turn playability than this one, or more outs on a turn where villain improves.
So a3xxxx with flush redraws against straight or more broadway cards are better calls because they have more overall equity.
Hero also doesn't mind fast playing if villain has dominated 3xxxxx hands with rundowns, or even getting some folds if villain will correctly xfold many turns.
As you said, I'd fold this hand preflop, mainly because of high rake.
And postflop I'd start with a small bet as we want to have some thin value bets here as well and thing is that when we bet big, only very strong hands will continue vs that sizing. And we want to have some bluffs here as well, and potting makes it very expensive.
As played, I would get it in.
Btw was this played on GG? We might be playing in the same pool.
