Very clear check. Your hand has equity but absolutely hates to get raised. Draws that call also have you in not so great shape.
Agreed pretty sweet to get a free card here.
Hand would be fine cbet on HU pot and maybe 3way for half pot. As player amount increases our threshold for stabbing increases and at 4+way this is indeed clear check.

Yeh definitely can't bet 6 ways - I think HU or 3 way fine, maybe start checking 4 way+
Bet would be pretty awful on a king high board with a flush draw out there. Being checked to 5 ways with an uncounterfeitable 9 out nut draw is a gift. Betting is giving that gift away
