CO is a whale.
Is flop a fold? call? ship?
Was preflop a 4bet? or flatting is fine?

Tough spot. If MP is decent he has AA or T. I guess you need to fold.
Reasonably close, especially given vpip requirement.
Key questions I would want to know are:
1) how wide we think MP 3! Is it over 10? 12? 15%-18%?
2) Is mp over-cbetting flop or reasonably balanced with xbacks?
Once Hero calls flop, he is gonna put the rest of money in on many turns.
Pretty easy fold to me.
Depends how wide opponent 3bs and how wide he cbets a bare board like this - CO being in the hand is irrelevant with his 20 bb. I think readless we should fold but with more info we can make a case for going with it.
