Damn, how do you end up 3betting this? I think you should 3bet only ds hands here, certainly not hands with three to a suit. Also (obviously?) unpaired is better than paired.

This hand is oop, semi decent plays bad in multiway decided to 3bet to narrow the field
You can get vpip up by calling. Thin the field when your hand benefits is more (=ds).
Flop SPR is <1. Please come up with hands for your opponents where you don't have 25% equity here 3 way, or 33% equity heads up. I can come up with something if I try really hard--give one player the straight + flush draw + straight blockers and give the other 9988x blocking all your full house outs. And even then, you have 19%. Terribly play preflop, but trivial all-in on the flop. The only question is whether you want to shove or call and induce a shove from worse. I prefer shove since I think you'll get calls from worse sets that might not bet themselves.
