Prefer a checkback here. Of villain's 3b range from SB that would check/call B50 on this flop, It's like AAxx and perhaps KKxx that you're wanting to get to fold turn, but a good amount of the KKxx combos that like to 3b from sb are quite strong and interact well with Qs, and the AA combos or AKKx may very well have picked up the nfd based on card removal + nut gutshot. Ultimately just think villain's range is not quite weak enough and SPR is not in a good spot to barrel even though we have the nut advantage on turn.

Was spending a bit thinking about if the flop can go c/c, but in position with backdoors vs SB 3b, seems like a no-brainer the more I think about it

Yes. I wouldn't be expecting many folds with that sizing though so the EV comes from barreling. I would barrel this turn.

have to barrel turn if your going to bet flop. this flop favors our range alot so i think we should stick to hp (100-105)

SB can definitely peel 50% on flop with naked AA or KK. He's unlikely to 3bet a Qx or Jx run-down, plus we do block these combos to an extent. I guess he's more likely to pick up a bdfd, since we unblock it, but I still favour potting turn after stabbing flop.

What sizing? And folding to a jam?

seems like a Q is one of the worst turns for Hero to barrel, especially if villain may now have a FD

so much better for his range than Hero, you can make nut outs on river and still bluff on some runouts

I think b33 or b50 with a polarized range works fine.

No idea how Q could be better for villain's range than Hero's. Expand?
