Call and see what develops. I think a tight player usually has two pair, a wrap, or a pair plus straight draw.
Call, play position. Having a bdfd, an 8, 4 outs to the nuts and 2 outs to the 2nd nuts / a blocker to the nuts, not to mention bluffing opportunities on a Q, all points to keep pot small, also because his gii range is ahead of your hand.
