Preflop: Looks fine
Flop: You flopped the 2nd nuts and have the nut flush blocker. Your hand makeup blocks some of the combos that would contain KT in them, so I like a cbet here.
Turn: Can't fold with the made straight plus top trips that can fill up as well. But don't see much value in raising so call looks fine
River: Not sure we can get value from worse or push a better hand out, so checkback looks fine.
