Call.
I find these spots to be very interesting in how ppl play them. Who plays them passively (calling), and who plays them aggressively (raising). Obviously game and player dependent, but being an unknown makes it more difficult. I tend to raise in this situation when I have no history and no reads on a player yet. Put the ball in their court and see how they react and how they play the hand accordingly. I find that it helps me to play more optimally against the player later on.
I don't think I defend preflop, but a lot of players would. On the flop, I'm check-raising and trying to get it in, most of the time.
If one takes the passive line, you gotta be prepared to sometimes make a crying fold against a pot bet on a blank turn.
I check/raise here. We have a really good hand against his range, there is not a lot he can continue with, and if he does, we should have a ton of clean outs.
I'm content getting it in here. Sometimes you win with a pair of 5s.

Jam low turns
Check board pairing and ace turns as thatβs better for PFR
Mix on broadways
I think x/r is better given the texture - hard for villain to have a strong hand here.
Feel like population under defends vs a check raise on this board, so x/r looks like a good exploit.
