top set in SB on connected board

be kind to me - first ever PLO hand posted!

2/3-5 (500) 6 handed

am playing while I wait for a hold em seat to open up. Bought in for 200 and have folded 3 ish hands. Table seems to be full of guys I recognise from the room and have played hold em with. One of them is good mid stakes reg who is good hold em guy too - there's no bigger PLO game being played at this point in the room

I have no idea what I'm doing.

utg straddles and there are two calls to me in SB. I have 8 8 10 K suited and limp along.

5 to the flop

Flop (25) is 678r checks to MP who bets 15. button calls I call (??) bb calls

Turn (85) is an offsuit J so board is 678Jr and MP bets 55, button calls I.....call (???)

River (200) is a 9. I have 125 behind. Do I check call, do I shove? Surely I don't check fold?

literally no idea what I'm doing. I shoved.

I'm wondering if I played every street wrong?

With your stack I think I'd raise flop or turn. I think river is kinda whatever, worse hands shouldn't be calling you much.

Flop: Raise here with top set. Try get money in. Still have draws to the boat, quads, straight.

Turn: Jack changes nothing, if we were beat on the flop are still beat on the turn.

River: Second nut straight. We're either way ahead of everything they had or losing to the nut straight. We do block QT with our ten so I'm still getting the money in.

Fold pre, I would check call river as played.

We going broke in a limp pot with top set on flop/turn?
Spr is like 8.

Yes. Hand benefits a lot from non-nut straights folding. Middle set otoh should not be folding to a flop raise. Maybe it'd be different without the T, but with it I'm going broke here with SPR8.
