Comprehensive List of All Possible Straight Draws in Omaha

Does such a list exist?

I know the Jeff Hwang has a chapter on straight draws that you can make on the flop. My questions are:

(a) Is that chapter exhaustive (other than the same straight draws you can get in hold'em)?

(b) What about all possible straight draws on the turn?

Example 1: Board is 2578r and Hero has 3469

Example 2: Board is 56TJ and Hero has 789Q

Example 3: Board is 89QK and Hero has 7TJA
