If V2 is thinking he can now take the pot down I'd check and call on non-h runouts.
If V2 always checks fd but also always calls it just bet it now and check all rivers.
Tough one, but based on your description of V2, I am betting the turn. It sounds like you are saying V2 is the type to raise the flop if he had JT regardless of if he has any redraws or not. Not giving a free card to 2 players. Let's try to keep V2 in, betting $200-$300.
With a T and a heart I would bet here half pot.
