Top 2 nfd in a 3bp multi way
5-10 , with a 25 straddle
V1 (9000) opens to 75 v2 fish calls(2000) ,.
I 3bet Ad8d9hTh to 375 . ( we cover all)
Sb (2600) flats , and v1 & v2
Flop:(1500)
Ac4c5d
Checks to me .
Are we betting here 4 ways ?
Short stacks can just shove any draw on us .
I checked it .
Turn 10d
Sb checks , v1 bets 900 , v2 calls.
Pot / call ?
We are dominating so many hands , however , might still run into hands like a55 , a44 which we are in pretty bad shape against .

I think potting it gets a bit tricky since v1 has more incentive bluffing scare rivers.
I personally probably like a smaller raise to like 3000 repping AA/TT/draws. While theres only 2k sidepot. Nobody's bluffing river for huge amounts when sidepot is so small.
Hard to imagine v1 has 44/55 in range opening ep/mp then calling 3bets. He has to be either super wide or ds lik ak55ds/qq55. I rather believe v1 has ttxx than 44/55 then some 678+fd hands some ATxx, some jqk+fd.
These hands are all calling unless he's crazy aggro.
If you're fearless of river bluffs, by all means pot and river ship on 9/T/A/diamonds.
This is a good lesson on hand reading and why position is so important.
Letβs assume everyone is good.
SB cannot have a nutted hand, V1 and V2 can almost never have one either. There just are almost no 2/3 combos that call from the SB and almost none from EP/MP.
Now letβs look at the flop distribution. The Ac is accounted for which means the NFD must be a KK hand or maybe an AKx type of hand. A KK hand cannot XR you on this flop and an AKx maybe but you still have an AA heavy range and position so they need to be weary. Really only AK5x can go crazy here but no one should have this in a 3b pot as the cold caller as those hands are too disconnected to cold call a 3b OOP. So in good player land you can bet here, but this is a good hand to protect your check range if you want to. Id b33-b50 at most and it depends on opponents if i do bet.
Turn is great. You have the effective nuts and it brings in very nutted draws for OOP 3b cold callers. Hands like KQJT and QJT9 with clubs. Hands with sets should only be double paired hands like JJTT and TT99 and you block. When they bet 2/3 and get a caller you have both options open but I much prefer a raise to 3k since we have position and can play rivers with perfect information. Flushes and straights will lead and we can always check back if knuckled to us.
Now itβs up to you to figure out if they are bad players and have all sets and straights here. That leads us more to passive and just calling.
So what happened?
I potted
Sb called , v1 folded , v2 called.
Sb drawing dead with k high diamonds .
V2 had a t as well no redraw .
We ran it two times
V1 said he would have taken both . He had aq... with clubs and small diamonds .
1st river was q , 2nd was clubs .
So result oriented it was best play .
V1 didn't stop complaining about my overplay to the hand after playing solid all night.
