fold pre. while this hand plays well in an aggro short handed game, where often you will be up against a big pair or a high rundown, where you will be playing with superior visibility and durable equity, it underperforms in a loose passive donkfest, because all of your outs will be covered.
you should just check the flop. you don't make money in live plo by betting weak draws into the field.
Preflop I think is ok but fold is probably better. Definitely never 3b.
Flop I check back and try to make nuts with redraw.

Fold - we are truly drawing to 2 outs and maybe even chop that - this is one of those hands, where pre-flop mistake now can cost us more if we call
