Betting 75 would eliminate the chance the button is trying to just steal the pot, but we have no deeper read on him if that is what he is doing. I would prefer this to calling the 150. Obv fold if he raises.
If he actually has a hand, it should include a 7. In that case you are drawing virtually dead on flop 2, and he probably has 20-25% on flop 1. Even QQ76 is doing decent against your top 2, probably around 25% equity.
I would fold, the problem is you have a strong hand on board 1, but no backdoors, you are very disconnected. Almost any runout that is not a A,K,8 leaves you guessing. There is no visibility on board 1 to be sure you have that one, and on board 2 it is a very static board, a 7 has a lock on that.

Yeah, I really wish I had bet 75. I'm almost the BTN, and I'd totally bet 75 when checked to on the BTN.
A disciplined check-fold. Huge difference between being the button & almost the button imo.
