2-5 PLO 150BB deep, back raise spot

A spot that I was thinking about that occurred recently. We are 7 handed

Villain 1 220BB - Good Solid reg
Villain 2 250BB - Marked as a bad player - too loose preflop, a bit spewy
Hero 150BB
SB 230BB - Fishy

Preflop: Hero has AH KS JH 8S in CO
UTG (villain 1) raises to 3.4BB, Hero calls, BTN (villain 2) 3 bets to 15BB, SB calls, UTG calls, Hero raises......

What is the minimum hand that you are raising here that is not AA. My thinking is that btn can might be a bit wider, we have an A blocker and there is a lot of extra money in the pot. If you are 100BB deep only, is this a shove?

I tried putting it in the solver and it 3 bets AKJ8ds to begin with.
