Big O/5 Card PLO8 Cash Games at WSOP

How are these in your experience? What casinos generally spread them? Are they daily? What limits? Just looking for a basic rundown. Thanks.

I didn’t go to WSOP last summer but have been the last 6 years before last year and played a lot of Big O during these stays.

They can be hit or miss. The 5/5 and 10/25 games often fill up with the same German rocks every year and can be very nitty. Although I’ve seen great action games as well at this stake.

1/2/5 at WSOP and at Venetian have been much better action but are obviously smaller stakes.

Games can be above average, in my experience rarely amazing.

WSOP also finds way to gunk up the structure - typically you can open for more than pot pre-flop so that can restrict ranges in a lot of spots. It can also be very slow and rake is too high. Maybe it has improved since last WSOP but think there are going to be better +ev spots in many other places. It may also depend on whether they actually hire enough dealers, as cash is rarely a priority.

I was at the WSOP the last 2 years and they do run a 1/2/5 Big O game during the series at Paris where the cash games are. They usually had like 2-3 tables going. Was good action when I played

Will be there from the 28th and on. Hit me up if you guys are going!

1-2-5 bigO

Anywhere from 3 to 8 tables going from 6pm to midnight. Get seated at the right table and competent players can make 100bbs hour.

Also have 5-5-10 games in green section. Bigger games in Kings room, but I haven't played either of these.
