Against passive opponents I think smallish bet is best.

go with half pot size bet or smth around that sizing.

1/2 seems good. Not deep enough to need to bet much larger than that multiway on the flop.

Honestly I don't think it matters much what you do on this flop OOP. You can even check full range. If the game is passive I suppose they don't like betting bare A2 but will always continue with it so betting makes sense. Bet third, bet half, whatever.
