Would flat, though there are arguments for just raising and getting it in.

Off topic Bro. Long time no see but how would I go about finding my email for my old account. Not sure if you remember me but I used Pandick when I played in the UK
Glad to see your all still grinding. I ended up playing a lot of Big 0 in Maryland live over the last ten years

100% call. Nothing else would be beneficial to your hand
Against a very inexperienced opponent I lean raise but most inexperienced opponents will also give off more information that would make it easier for me to decide one way or another.
The main case against inexperienced opponent is they are going to overplay hands they should not on turns and Hero may make some incorrect folds on non-diamond turns. No backdoor flush draws is also unfortunate and another reason I slightly lean towards fast-play.
