Flat. See if you can bring the SB along. I don't mind a raise, either, if you think he'll continue, but there's not much he can have that can handle a raise if he's tight.
I think I'd raise all nf+A3 that have no pair (he is very unlikely to fold a set or decent flush plus two pair plus some low). You have plenty of nf+A2 to flat.
