Question on ideal Big O strategy with big draws depending on effect stack depth
Hypothetical question but based on a number of hands I played recently and have been discussing with a friend.
Example 1 - on the Flop
400bb effective
Flop - Tc 2c 4h… 10 bb in the pot
Hero - Ac 3c 6h 7d Jd
Do we always take the aggressive action? IE: raise when bet into? 3b if we lead and get raised? Raise until we are all in?
No brainer get it in at less than 200bb, but as we approach 300, 400, 500+ bb deep is there any sense to just calling if bet into or just calling if villain raises our lead? Or should we just be piling the money in asap even at 400bb+?
Does it basically boil down to how much variance you can stomach?
Example 2 - on the Turn
500bb effective
Board - 2h Ts Kd 7s… 50bb in the pot
Hero - As Js 8c 5c 3h
We have a double gutter, nut flush draw, and nut low draw.
We get lead into for 75% pot — call or raise?
We bet and get potted — call or raise?
So to summarize, is it ok the play monster draws more caustically and less aggressively when very deep or should we be mostly taking the most aggressive actions when in this spot regardless of stack depth? Basically if you’re comfortable sitting with this stack you should be shoveling in the money.
Just to be clear — I am not advocating for folding in any of these spots at any time.

1) Are you IP or OOP? OOP perhaps you can just pile and IP you will mostly call raises and not even have a shoving range.
2) You are not supposed to raise decent draws OTT IP, like ever. If you are OP, bet and get raised, you are nearly always beat and should obviously call with nut draws.
Change the turn and hero's hand in spot 2 to be:
Hero hand: A35KQ dbl suited
Flop: 24T
Turn: J that makes a nut flush draw
Hero on both streets? (Early position, 3 villains behind. Villain to direct left is aggro. SPR 15-25 on flop.)
OP, on spot 2, I'd never raise to a raised bet on the turn.
