Hand 1: Great flop for draws but didn't hit - should I start folding if I do not have the nuts in one direction?

You are never supposed to fold that flop.

Cheers for that. Seemed like the right play but frequently do not get my outs so I'm beginning to question it. Put it down to that's poker and carry on

I would have jammed flop to try to push out 3rd player (or you are fine getting it in vs anything)
Minraise pre is a very bad size in bigO generally, just pot it
