Villain is representing very strong, I’m not sure some of the outs you are counting will be good when they hit.
85.4-9.7=75.7bb to call
for a (85.4*2 + 30.7)=201.5bb pot
need to win (75.7/201.5)=37.6%
46 cards in the deck
9 heart outs
+ 3 king outs that might be be dead
Maybe 3 extra aces and 2 jacks rarely
I'd guess you have 25-30% equity on average here so definitely a fold.
Also no need to donk turns
