x flop or bet is fine, could also use larger sizing. I'd probably opt to checking vs. most opponents. Three low and coordinated cards is in general going to be one of the better flop textures for the IP here.

River is more of a x as played, esp with small sizings otf/ott. It's actually a bad river card and the flop is also bad overall. Villain will have all combos of 88/99/55/JTs, probably some combos of 66/77 still, and 76s. You need him to be calling with a minimum of 13+ combos of worse hands to shove river and it's actually unlikely he will have that many worse calls. He will also not bluff enough vs. check.
I would check river because we only have a pair on a board that is getting scary.
