Fold pre. IF UTG is a flop folding whale and the blinds are tight, maybe raise. Don't limp. Your single pair outs are seriously tainted and you almost never make nuts, and your hand can't really cooler other hands.
I am calling river. We only need to win like 25% of the time, and who knows what other 2 pair hands an unknown UTG limper can have here (A3 might be in there) as well as bluffs.
