not much history with villain, didn't seem to get too out of line. Like the Qh blocker for villains best value. Bet turn?

I would bet smaller on flop. Turn I think bet or check is fine but generally speaking don't get scared everytime a 3rd flushing card shows up on the turn. Particularly when your hand blocks them from having the flush. I think the river is a call as you have a great blocker in Qh. Plus the Ah on the flop is a blocker to UTG having a flush. Plus i highly discount QT. You have a Q and UTG should only have QTs. The main reason I'm not excited to call is I'm not sure if 50nl players have enough bluffs in their river craise line.

i would recomend just playing a 3b or fold strat exeption is you have a reacreational in the blinds. This will simplyfie your strategy and you can focus improving more imporant spots first like bu vs bb 2b spot etc. Also population plays very poorly when they call the 3b oop and you can simplyfie to a rangebet on all boards in 3bp IP so again very simple and effective.
As played flop seems ok to bet or check and sizing also ok we want to bet pretty polar here.
Turn check vs a decent aggressive reg who can turn some stuff into a bluff like KK KJ etc with a hearth but vs passive player i like much more bet turn because we get value from Kx hearth type hands that will fold more often to a bet x bet line then bet bet x line.
River as played i would call if you think your villain is not a super nit he has alot of bluffs to choose from and not much value easy overbluff spot and you are capped wich makes a overbluff from his side more likely.

Pre I have small amount of flat with hands like this, which i rolled this time, although 3B/F strat also makes sense. Also, I wonder how timing tells play into this, because villain pretty much snap XR river.

I would avoid using a randomizer and try to find reasons to go for full frequency plays as much as possible. Timing plays always a huge role when it comes to rangeconstruction so when he snap xr here it tells me that he is less likely going for thin value for example a set and is more polarised to flushes so that makes your blocker even more valueble and it is easyer for him to overbluff. Kx hearth is a very easy xR especially when you are so capped.
