Turn is great for us and we get to do a fair bit of small donk
River we polarise and size up, facing jam we need about 37% equity to break even and I don't think humans are ever bluffing here so we need to chop 75% of the time pre rake to breakeven. I am so unsure if river is call fold or mix?

I don't presume to play at your level, but I think on pure mathematical odds it's an easy call. Unless you have a strong hard proof otherwise like they favor call in thos positions with small suited connectors etc.
We're also leaving out possibly KK, but you'd have to presume higher pre-flop action with that.
Surely a call and just chop.
