He is repping what he could easily have. A deuce. If you call now and he bets again on the river and it's not an Ace, what are you gonna do? Call again? If you are going to believe him then, then believe him now and fold.
Quibble but I would have bet slightly larger PF. 3 or 4 BB. But if 2.5 was the standard in this game, whatever. Larger from UTG would likely just get folds.
It's a super dry flop but I might have raised none the less just to narrow the field.
call cuz SB still has worst for value for this raise size. fold river to big bet, unlikely SB is bluffing with fish in between.
