BB checks, Hero checks
Turn (5.5bb) K♠T♦5♣K♣
BB bets 1.8bb (33%), Hero calls

At first glance, wouldn't we rather he had Ac if we were considering raising or calling?
Would raise pretty quickly. If you compare the aggregate to 3BW rivers they fold more.
I'm only a micros player but I would have thought BB should only really have a larger size ott after flop x/x? Makes me feel it leans more towards Tx and underpairs, unless there is more to the 33% strategy here that I don't understand. If he isn't betting enough Kx for 33% maybe raise turn but might be easy to start overdoing it with too many other offsuit Ax

Good point, yeah BTN vs BB probes can be huge (often 250% or check on an ace), I see 50% or 75% usually and don't read into it but small a lot less than I should. I suspect regs will have a very tough time not being very unbalanced on turn/river with small sizes, especially trapping I think they'd go for XR.
Here's what I have for reg B30 probe, fold and weak frequencies should be a bit higher BTN vs BB
Stop leveling and over analyzing every spot. Hand is an easy fold, if you want to raise do it with hand like 5x.
Fold?
This exploit is so extraordinary i'm putting it behind a click wall:
