At low stakes I struggle to bluff hands like this were it wouldn't be crazy to get called with bottom pair and a gutshot.

Fold pre, as played fold turn(could be drawing dead). Also making assumptions from 30 hand sample is dangerous.
Pre bad call just fold.
Not too happy to see polar cbet. Unless you think this is always value, i would raise flop you want to fold out hands like AJ AK KJ. One option is to just jam flop other to raise and jam brick turns. AP-Turn is kind close probably fold not sure.
