Vs a reg-fish who is a bit passive, do you like it?
I guess we can still go a bit bigger like 3bb to target hands like JK or JT, the range who would raise us would be the same anyway

Against someone a bit passive I'd rather bet big, also OTT. Ppl don't like to fold Ax in this spot. If they have a smaller boat, I'd expect them to raise equally often against a 95% pot bet as 4% pot bet.
Is the 1BB bet meant to provoke a spewy "f*ck you"-raise from missed hearts or Jx?
This is like limping aces kinda terrible. Most of the time you miss value and when you 3b all in your hand looks exactly like what it is.
You just said he's passive, why are you playing as if he was aggressive
I like it, as long as he is not so passive to just call with Qx.
Better to bet slightly bigger otr maybe 3-5bb.
Even though it's hard for villain to have an Ace, you are still missing a ton of value when they do.
