Playing 3 bet pots OOP
Here are a couple hands from a recent session where I 3! from the blinds. Admittedly, 3 bet pots are not a strong spot for me. I typically have 2 sizings, half pot or 2/3 pot.
The first hand V is 41 / 21 / 5 over 400 hands. I have a couple notes that V has made some loose fishy calls.
I felt that I had to bet this flop with the range advantage even though I think V will float quite often. In hindsight maybe against this V I should be giving up and looking for spots to x/c or x/r.

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♠ K♣
fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to 2.5 BB, Hero raises to 11 BB, fold, BTN calls 8.5 BB
Flop: (23 BB, 2 players) 6♠ 7♣ 3♠
Hero bets 15 BB, BTN calls 15 BB
Turn: (53 BB, 2 players) 4♦
Hero checks, BTN bets 30 BB, fold
Hand 2, V is 22 / 19 / 8 over 1k hands.
On this flop I feel I have a large range and nut advantage so I opted to for a larger sizing.

I am really just not sure if I am playing these spots correctly. I couldn't find any content specifically on 3betting out of the blinds so I am kind of on my own to learn this position.

h1 I would just check flop against this opponent. flop is going to hit him hard and he wont fold T9o etc, we block a lot of what he actually may fold if he feels like it. Turn yes just give up
h2 I think is fine, mostly calling pre though
Both seem ok
I would bet smaller in h1 maybe 1/2 his over card and naked Ax fold to that sizing and everything connected to the board calls both 1/2 and 2/3.
H2-Fine, plan is to bet T-A turns and spades.

I really don’t know if this opponent is folding naked Ax and over cards to 1/2 pot, against someone tighter, yes
41/21 are usually capable of having folding range, don't know if this one is but in that case betting is bad either way.
A paired board where the low card is paired and the high card is J or lower is normally ~3/4 or check.
