Low Stakes 6-Max Cash - Call or Correct Fold on the River?
The Villian has a pre-flop RFI of 44.4% when on the BTTN.
Can I rightly close down Villians range to 88, 55, A3s and fold on the Turn? or are there any bluffs here?

3-bet larger pre, 10BB.
Flop could be a check, I tend to c-bet too much, though.
Turn is difficult, you may have up to 10 outs, if villain bets 99 or TT. Don't hate folding.
3bet more preflop. You give great pot odds to your opponent. Sizing 10-11bb looks okay against 2.5bb open.
I would choose between checking and betting 33% on the flop, depending on your opponent's aggression.
As played - check/fold on the Turn. We have outs but they are not clean.
3b to 5x (11BB). this flop is range check. if he bets you fold. you will have a whole range of better hands to continue with on this board when he bets (77+, any 2 clubs to name a few)
Remember that out of position you 3bet between 4x and 6x the open raise (plus 1x for any cold caller more or less). In general, vs a 2bb open, you can 3bet to 10bb from the SB, 12bb from the BB. Vs 2.5x, 12bb from the SB and 13bb from the bb. Vs 3x, 12.5bb from the SB and 14bb from the BB.
In position 3betting you want to go between 3x and 3.75x.
When you 3bet you want villain to fold a large portion of his range as you should be 3betting from the BB with a range that has your strongest hands, but also a lot of hands like suited connectors, A5s, and other things that GTO charts recommend. Betting big allows you to get the maximum with your value hands, but also allows you to get take the pot down with some trashy hands and some decent playable hands. And if you get called with hands like suited connectors, those hands still have a lot of playability postflop. If you have a hand like 76s or 65s though, you want him to be folding hands like 96s through A6s, and 97s through K7s, so your hand is not so dominated postflop.
So bet big with your 3bets and don't give your opponent great odds to call.
On the flop, there isn't a whole lot going on for your hand, so I would check fold mainly. If you had the Ac or Jc, you could bet, check call, or check raise the flop. Having a club in your hand means more of your outs are clean. If you have the Ac, then any ace that hits the board will not complete the flush. Or if you hit a Jc on the turn with the Ac in your hand, you still have a strong hand. You can also bluffed 3 club runouts. But with just 2 overs and a backdoor wheel draw on a 2 club board, our hand really doesn't want to put any more money in the pot.
Maybe if villain had a high fold to continuation bet frequency, we could exploitatively bet on the flop. 33% may even be enough to get the job down.
Anothet thing to consider is that villain will probably connect with this flop more often since you 3bet so small preflop that he can probably still have 98o through A8o, plus he can have other pairs, straight draws, flush draws, and your hand will be in trouble facing any heat.
On the turn we don't have enough equity to call with just a gutshot and two overs. You are already doing dead to 76 and drawing ro a chop vs A3, and have bad reverse implied odds vs hands like 6x and A8. And you're not thrilled to see Ac, Jc, 3c which make your hand, but complete the flush.
You're basically in a spot OOP where your chances to win the pot by bluffing on the river are slim to none, if you are ahead on turn, you may either not be ahead on the river or he can bluff river and we can't call, and if you do make your hand on the river, you're likely not extracting any value, and you might end up just paying V off huge.
