Seems very standard never folding turn
As an exploit against a fish with more aggros stats like this, I would bet the flop small, like 20-25%, and check most turns incl. this one, to let him bluff off his entire stack on the turn and river.
Obv. not folding the turn here even though it's one of the worst ones.
