I wouldn't worry about river donks at this stage of your development. The main thing you want to focus on is classifying whether you are playing vs a fish or reg. This opponent looks to be fishy based on turn sizing and preflop stats.
Check river to let him overbluff.
Yes, I would say you can lead the river if you know he is the type to raise river bets because you look like a blocking bet here like AJ,QJ, ready to fold to a raise of some sort.
I kind of agree with the previous replier though that you should check and let him bluff here though, so you don't look like a flush yourself.
