You want to cbet smaller in 4bet pots esp on boards like this, closer to 25%.
I would fold river. Ppl usually just call kx and some pockets on this flop so he doesn't have too many bluffs.
Dry flop K high : best flop for BTN as they have AK that BB is supposed to never have + AA KK + high pocket pairs which are still pretty decent. And there is no draw in sight which could lower your EV.
I think you can bet 1/4pot with your full range.
In solver lend, this is nl2.

This table has a max buy in of 80bb. Idk why but a bunch of the 2nl tables on ACR are like this. I try to find tables with 100bb max but sometimes it takes a while.
