I want to talk about this kind of 4bet size villain is using
Villain is raising 25bb IP to my 10bb 3bet. Can we assume that he will almost never have AA/KK or that's a wrong statement? What is your experience vs this kind of big sizing?

His sizing is fine, yours is too small

Pretty sure mine is fine, everything that goes from 10bb to 12bb is fine. I use a small sizing because I 3bet a lot
I guess we can compare it of a 30bb 4bet vs a 12bb 3bet, or 27.5bb vs 11bb

All good. I wouldnt read much into 25BB here, he can just be making up for you going small

I would not assume villain varies his 4bet size with different hands unless you have noticed him doing it. Except he may opt for jam vs a sizing like he chose here. Jam would be more weighted towards AKo and KK whemile his sizing is more weighted towards the rest of his 4bet range, AA, AKs, QQ, A5s, etc.

Villain's sizing is fine, 2.25-2.5x is standard imo

Is it your position that they are going too big?

It's the really large 4bets (3x and higher) that will be heavily weighted towards AK and JJ, but I wouldn't make much of villain's 2.5 sizing. Even if it is slightly bigger than the charts.
