Sizing vs. fish in a cold 4! pot
V is 36 / 29 / 10 over 60 hands.
How big would you go on this river? Also is the turn check fine or should I just be trying to play for stacks against Ax?

jam river it’s only a pot size bet left, fish will never fold an ace. your hand is strong enough to go B-B-B anyways.
not sure why you throw around the word fish so liberally how do you know youre not the "fish in question"?
I would bet turn small. If you play cold 4b with AQo you have to give credit to your opponent for calling KQs, KJs vs your 4bet.
K on the river is really unfortunate, I fear they might incorrectly check Kx.
Assuming villain is a fish due to their preflop sizing, I'm not sure why we are cold 4b bluffing.
If they are truly a fish, just bet the turn.

What is your reasoning for checking turn?
I would be fist pumping on this flop and trying to stack a weaker ace, that's the whole reason to 4bet this hand, king makes it less likely they have AK.
I would be betting geometric sizing on turn/river, no getting away from this one. Maybe on this river I would check if checked to after betting turn but I'm prob betting anyways.
As played, I prob bet 1/3 and plan to fold to a raise on river expecting it to be underbluffed? Unclear if that's correct but what Id do.
Sorry meant geo bet flop/turn. Stacks too small for 3 bets.
In theory, you want to just call with AQs and 4bet with AQo, but your 4b should be a little bigger, since the SB didnt 3bet well. You can check sometimes at the flop, but most of the times, you shoud cbet 30% or 25%. A check at the turn is not even that bad, since we have JJ-QQ, maybe TT, KTs, Kjs, maybe KJo and KQo (KQs plays better with a cold call 3b) in our range, but I would still prefer a really small cb turn to maintain his weaker holdings involved with the pot and buying out the river iniciative if anything goes bad, like it did.
As played, 12bb-20bb for thin value bet at the river, fold to a raise. A check is not bad though and in theory is the standard move.
Why are you assuming he's a fish without info?

In fact, its best to bet 1/2 pot flop, 1/2 turn, all in river. At least in theory, by GTO Wizard.
The 4bet is perfect with AQo.
As played, since the SB didnt bet river after your check turn, its snap 1/2 pot or more.
