Flop: I'm fine with my aggressive line against this wide SB range
Turn: the Q scared me a bit. I got tunnel vision and lost my focus. What kind of thoughts are useful here?

I would Iso preflop to 0,2$.
And as played OTT part of my thoughts process would be: What worse hands can call a bet and how much would they call.
