Did not feel like betting flop since did not want to turn my hand into a bluff, still felt like I had decent equity if villain missed the overcards, I assume there are a lot of Ax and connectors in their 3bet range as well. Question on whether Turn bet was correct and what do you think about the sizing, also any other feedback is appreciated

I don't think you really get better hands to fold ott or really protect your equity, the same goes for each node really. I'd just check it down.

It is better to check on the turn as well. If you analyze his 3b range and which hands he should check with, you are almost always crushed.
