25 NL River decision with weak top pair
I don't think I'm ever good here with V's sizing on turn and honestly maybe it's just a fold there. But as played, any merit to bluffing the river here? I have no club, which isn't ideal, but I do feel like V doesn't have many flushes when he checks the river. I felt the urge to blast here but wondering if I'm just punting. The board is also somewhat scary beyond just the flush for hands like AK or KK/QQ, which I think is a lot of V's range and might fold. I feel like if I make the call on the turn I have to be prepared to bluff a lot of rivers and this 9 of clubs is a pretty good card to do so?

You think he is double barreling OOP with KK/QQ on this board in a 3bet pot? The only part of his range that doesn't smash this board is his PP below TT and we block some of that with the 8.
I would fold this OTT and continue with clubs, QT, QJ, AQ, AK, KJ, KT, KQ, JT, and 2p+. I think I would play my whole continuing range as a call except maybe KQ.
I think we need V to fold a hand like AT or AJ to bet river. I just check back and hope I beat KJ, KT, or A5.

Preflop is a pure fold I presume, I would imagine maybe AJs is a mixed 4bet/call, ATs a mixed 4bet/call/fold and everything below almost pure folds. A5s and A4s are a bit better than your hand I would say.
Bluffing with an A seems weird/overbluffing? You beat some give ups.

I have A8s as bottom of my Ax calling range in this config.

I just checked GTOw and it seems I was able to regurgitate correctly what I memorised there (50 NL rake solution 12BB 3bet vs 2.5BB open).
Not saying you're wrong and I'm right, but at least I did not invent it out of nowhere (I should have checked prior to my first message anyway)
Fold pre. Barely a call irrespective of rake but with it defnitely low to minus EV vs unknown.
Bluff seems okish. But the turn bet is supernaturally strong and I doubt they fold enough Ax so i would just take the SDV. In fact, we're quite heavily blocking his folds OTR
