Overpair with deep stack
Hello,
I would really appreciate your thoughts and input on this.
I had just sat down at the table for a couple of hands and had no history or read on the players.
GGPoker, Hold'em No Limit - $0.05/$0.10 ($0.05 ante) - 9 players
UTG: $24.51 (245 bb)
UTG+1: $11.46 (115 bb)
MP: $26.35 (264 bb)
MP+1 (Hero): $20.00 (200 bb)
LP: $9.81 (98 bb)
CO: $43.55 (436 bb)
BU: $9.42 (94 bb)
SB: $19.70 (197 bb)
BB: $37.21 (372 bb)
Pre-Flop: ($0.60) Hero is MP+1 with Q♣ Q♥
2 players fold, MP raises to $0.30, Hero 3-bets to $1.30, 5 players fold, MP calls $1
Flop: ($3.20) 5♣ 7♣ 2♥ (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets $1.26, MP raises to $4.12, Hero calls $2.86
Turn: ($11.44) 8♥ (2 players)
MP bets $20.88 (all-in)
Hero has $14.53 left.
Is it an easy fold?
Any comments on bet sizing or actions prior?

I would fold, imo his range is sets, 2p and combo/flush draws ... so almost dead or slightly ahead.
I'm not sure what hands are you calling here(range fold), but it might not be relevant because there are twice as many donks that would snap call TTch here.
To me feels like 55 that are afraid of flush draws.
Interesting spot, and I must admit I am not too familiar with ante games - presumably it loosens up the action to the point that the average 10NL player would open 22, 55 and 77 from UTG+2? If so I think I fold. There aren't tons of value combos but there aren't alot of logical bluffs either, basically the flush draws and is your average 10NL player bluffing turn for 145bb? - probably not so I would be inclined to fold
Yes, it's an easy fold.
Thanks for your analysis!
Thinking it through you are absolutely right.
Villain was sitting with 57s. Hero did call and sucked out with a 2 on the river.
