2NFD facing turn CiB in 3bp against LAgg whale

Less than 10 hands on villain, but they're already clearly a whale. 75/44/8, has already limp/called, and we already have history. They raised from HJ, I defended BB w Q6s and x/CiBed AQxr flop, continued on blank turn and gave up on blank river. He took it down with A7o. (I know, I'm the real whale in this hand.)

In theory vs UTG+1 2bb open KQs is a pure call from the big blind. I don't know how being 130bb deep changes this, I would guess it makes it even less of a 3bet.
Against a villain who can open much wider than normal & maybe flat vs 3bet wider than normal the 3bet is surely OK though. However, your 3bet size from out of position is really too small. The theoretical size is 12bb. 8bb is too small because it invites villain to flat a big chunk of their range and make your life miserable playing a big pot OOP with a lot of money behind (pretty big stack-to-pot ratio on the flop, which hugely favors in position player who can dictate how much money goes into the pot). Except with real premium hands, a lot of your EV when you 3bet from the blinds come from your fold equity.

On the flop I think in theory you are supposed to check a lot, as your BB 3bet range contains some hands that whiffed completely (let's say JsTs) and some hands that already now would just like to go to showdown cheaply (let's say KK), while UTG+1 range is supposed to be very condensed with a lot of AsQs, AsJs, AsTs, AKo low frequency. I would use big bet (strong A's, 67...) or check (KK, your hand). But of course our villain doesn't have a normal range, because he's a recreational and because your 3bet size is too small. I am not too sure, and betting 1/3pot cannot be terrible.

Turn & river seem fine to me.

Thanks!
