Could this be a range-check-spot?
Villain is a nit with a 3!-frequency of 2% (1/51)
since its BU vs CO and given the small 3!-size, i still assume a fairly normal range so easy call pre..

Hero checks?
only one 1/2-pot bet left and dont get me wrong, against a bad reg i would just jam because he will happily call off with TP+
but this guy didnt look like a station and i just realized that i never ever have a single bluff in this spot, no straights and all my valuehands are dominated.
once i check he could still bluff me because i have some giveups but when i jam i think i just generate a lot folds or get called by hands that beat me. if he got some miraculous bottom-set there he will valuebet anyway.
so would u say this is a thing or am i just overthinking it?

overthinking man jam it in u lose to 2 hands
overthinking man jam it
Its 2nl might get called by QJ that feels pot commited
im really not worried what i lose to, im just concerned that he folds everything once villain realizes i have 0 bluffs. again against most players i would jam but this player specificly i just didnt expect him to call me down with TP. i mean i also play 2nl and i would snap fold every bluffcatcher in this spot. there are many nitty players that might even go crazy once u check to them
I think your giving to much credit to 2nl players, I would start worrying about people understanding these kinda things at 25nl(maybe some great 10nl players).
And give him the opportunity not to realise you have 0 bluffs.
Have you seen him going crazy when you check to him?
Btn is almost never jamming as a bluff and is going to x back a lot of hands that will call a jam, so just jam yourself.
Jam if you like money. X if you don't.
I can't count the number of times I sigh called AK here as BTN, convincing myself this time they'll have QJ.
FWIW GTO+ thinks you are closer to a "range shove" than a "range check"
When you shove BTN calls KQ, KT, QT, KK, AK, AA, AJ...
Thank u all for the replies! guess i got a little confused while overthinking..
Villain jammed top2 in the end, so when he called flop and turn with TP i guess he wouldnt fold river anyway..
