flop trips in 3bet pot and get raised
This opponent is a losing reg and seems a bit spewy. When they raise on the flop, they can have a K, a flush draw, a 6 (maybe?) or maybe even an underpair.
In game I was really annoyed. I can put him all-in, but I just 3bet an UTG open from the blinds and now I want to play for stacks on a KKx board, it seems a bit transparent.
On the other hand if they have a flush draw I don't want to call and give them the opportunity to check behind on the turn if it bricks. If I was IP I would 100% call the raise, but here I'm not too sure.
What would you do?

100bbs, call is a bit better. 140bbs+, I'd almost click it back hoping for a spaz shove.
Since your main concern is about being OOP, I'd still lead the turn small after calling the flop, hoping for the same spaz shove. And then, at the very least, you get some value if they call and you can shove river.
Unblocking A♦ makes me lean towards shoving.
They shouldn't raise here, ever. Narrowing to air, AA, weaker Kx and the few obvious draws. We're usually only getting one more bet max out of bluffs, so i think it's more EV to gii now given that's the gto repsonse if it knew IP's wonky strategy (and even more so if locked to overcall that range).
Is this a fact because you've seen it in spots like this, or are you assuming it because you think he's bad?
I think he's bad because his lossrate is 22 BB/100 over ~ 4k hands, and because of hands like the one below.
The range I give him on the flop is completely invented though, I just think he can raise with all sort of s..t

Probably call or minclick. I’d want to minclick if he’s the type to spaz jam.

Hmm, yeah in that case high % chance this guy is aggro fish and we're looking for them to hang themselves amap. Call (after delay, feigning nervousness) and call down basically all runouts.
Guessing you called, turn went x/x and then he checked down A♦4♦?
That would tilt me a bit. Could call/donk turn as FD suggeseted to max out calling EV and see if he takes the bait
Nah, I butchered it, because I was really confused ("wtf, raising is not allowed here!" lol)
Thanks for the answers everyone, I like both minclick or call and lead most turns, or call/call/call! Will definitively remember those lines next time I'm getting raised on a KKx flop in a 3bet pot...

It's totally fine in theory. But given your read, a horrendous mistake.
He might raise a lot vs your cbet sizing. Don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to stack off later streets, runouts to null your hand are slim.
