"seemed like a good spot"... why ?
Pre is a clear 4bet or fold considering this huge sizing, leaning heavily towards fold unless you think this villain can squeeze light (very unlikely readless).
Vs this massive cbet you can release 2nd pair 2nd kicker on the flop, even though you have backdoors: you might very well face a shove on the turn and have to give up your equity.
On the turn you beat 0 value unless villain overplays something like AK, and I still doubt big squeeze / big cbet / big turn bet has many bluffs...

Because when facing such a big bet you don't have the odds to call and play a pot out of position. And anyway we are supposed to almost never flat facing the 3bet.
Let's assume a more common scenario, where you open 2BB from MP and face a normal 7.5BB 3bet from BTN. See below how the solver almost never calls in MP position : 4bet 25% of the time, fold 70% and call only 4% !
When you face a much bigger 3bet, and when you have the risk to play a pot OOP against 2 opponents (if you flat and CO decides to flat also), your odds are even worse.
Ok now the problem here is only people i play with generally 3bet wayy to large like this fool in this hand does that mean i should rarely flat

Also i just looked up facing 3bet from SB from the CO position and why does it say to 4bet mostly wit ATs but pure call wit AJs and AQs?

Because if you 4bet ATs and get jammed on you fold and you don't mind (too much) while if you 4bet AQs you still have to fold facing a jam and you are very sad you wasted a nice looking AQs.

Yes. The larger the 3bet size the less calling you do. Also higher rake at lower stakes makes calling slightly worse as well.
Very easy fold pre. Villain is a fish who uses way too big 3bet size in position. It's almost certainly way too strong of a range that is going to have things like AK, JJ+ and not things like A5s, A4s. And even if this isn't the case and villain is just sort of a bad, maniacal player, we just don't have to continue vs this size. KTs is close to the bottom of our continuing range when we face a 3bet after raising from EP which is why we should consider using it as a 4bet bluff vs normal sizing. But vs this huge sizing, we can just fold it without being exploitable. The fact that villain almost certainly is way too strong here just makes it way more of a fold. You own this player by not giving him action when he makes this play unless you have the very top of your range.
As played I guess we call turn but not loving it. I wonder if his huge sizing pre might mean he doesn't always have AQo pre. So we could be against AK and AA a fair bit here. Also worried about JJ. But I don't think we go anywhere with 2 pair.
