Turn call or raise?

Turn call or raise?

I should never be calling river, I know, line is too strong for that. My question is whether flop and turn were played right, and specifically is turn call sensible? Villain has semi often gone to showdown with far from deserving hands, second/third pair, broadway high and such. This together with gutshot IMO just about satisfy 25% pot odds turn call. Is raise viable?

Wouldn't raise flop or turn, hand has decent equity against better hands. Rather bluff worse hands than this.

3-bet pre, fold turn with hearts

Hmm wouldn’t raise without +BDF probably. I would call too.
