General Tipps&database review
This was originally a response to @slyless who offered me a free database review. Since i cant use the PM (dont meet requirements) I decided to post it here. I appreciate all of your input!
I have played a few more hands since my last post(around 60k) at 2 different stakes. I invested some time into studying and even went through the FTGU course by Pete Clarke(if you're familiar with it). My main goal right now is to improve my fundamental understanding of Poker and get into thinking in Ranges. So right now im not looking to crush micros at the highest winrate possible but more to just improve before investing a higher sum of money. I hope this short introduction helps you a bit. To add one more Question: I recently started using some tools like Equilab and Gtox to do some studying. I also want to memorise some fundamental preflop ranges (alrady done for RFI. I want to add some for 3-bet by position/squeeze). For this should i use the GTO wizard ranges closes to my Rake structure (NL 25) or should I use the NL200/NL500 ranges that are standard?I would greatly appreciate a small database review! So here are my stats:
Thank you for your time!!!!

no do not use the 200 ranges. theyre not even close to what you would need to use. you should really have them specific to your rake structure to be accurate but use the closest ones you can find and make adjustments. ( for example, using a 25nl range at 5nl is going to be too wide when compared to a actual 5nl range due to rake)
so first your vpip/pfr gap is way too wide. which after looking over everything it seems like your playing 3b/fold for the most part but your defending BB way too wide and your way too passive when you do.
your wtsd is high and your w$sd is low. your either bluffing too much and getting caught or giving up and letting villians get a free showdown to beat you.
work on that vpip gap, explore some BB defense ranges AND how they interact on different flop textures ( ie. which boards are OVER cbet by villains, can you attack with a blocker hand?, which boards hit you more than villain, etc etc). i would start there. if you try and learn too much at once you could end up worse than you started. ( been there done that) one thing at a time.
I would just use the 500nl rake. Comparing them isn’t a bad idea so you can get an idea how it changes. I think it’s a good idea to adjust to your environment so I don’t think you’ll end up copying the ranges 1 for 1 into your game anyway but it’s great to have a baseline.
You could decide to go to 50nl tomorrow and the 25nl ranges would be history. Aim high imo

Thanks for the Tipps. Currently working on my preflop Ranges so i should be able to close the gap soon. When talking about Vpip and W$sd, what would be your optimal values. I assume you were talking about the NL2 sample (where you are 100% spot on--> i was overbluffing massively and getting called a lot) But in the newer NL5 sample i had WTSD 27 and W$sd 52. Is this still too low? And since you stated "learn too much (...) end up worse" I was wondering how you structured your learning process, since there are so many things and i dont know where to start (after i review the things you stated already).

This was exactly my idea. I can always adjust a little bit by other going a bit tighter or a bit wider, but my main problem was that when looking at 3-betting Ranges, there was a shift in what type of hand was used. To use an example: BTN 2.5x vs BB
At 25NL you 3-bet mostly offsuit broadways and low aces, with suited hands being the Kx,Qx,Jx below a 7
But at 200/500NL you still 3-bet offsuit broadways and low Ax(at a way lower frequency) but shift the suited hands to suited connectors JTs-54s and some close suited broadways.
Looking at the EVs of 3-betting the 500Nl range at 25NL the EV loss mostly .01-0.03 BB but can get up to .1BB (with the same holding true for 3-betting the NL25 range at NL500).
I guess this is a + for learning the higher stake ranges, where this EV loss actually matters?
I will pm you after i unlock the feature(thanks for the offer!)

i dont know "optimal" tbh. just going off my own database and my own reviews.
the 5nl it looks like you got nitty post. thats why your lines are moving opposite directions. * only betting top of range and giving up more with bluffs*
i would start with preflop. Just stop cold calling unless in BU or HU in BB. i know you *can* have a CC range but avoid it for now. learn how to play 3b or fold first. its going to be uncomfortable folding hands you would instinctively CC but it will help you long term in river spots once you have a deeper understanding.
personally i would memorize UTG RFI,CO RFI, SB 3B v BU, and BB CC v EP. your brain can fill in the blanks for the rest as you begin to grow but learning those 4 ranges is a very solid foundation to start with. If you have them already, post them and also what opening size you use.
