First, by "limp and call strategy" I assume you meant to say, "limp and raise strategy". I would strongly recommend that you do not limp and only raise. Players all the way up to midstakes overfold and under raise from the BB vs a SB open and this makes raising a good exploit and simplification. Even if you were to run sims for allowing a limp or raise strategy it would only start limping from the SB when rake is sufficiently small. At microstakes and even all the way to midstakes it doesn't make much sense to limp unless you believe going into that node is more exploitatively advantageous than simply raising. It will be best for you to make as many simplifications as possible for a long time, so I'd suggest you shy away from splitting your ranges so early in the game tree.
Secondly,
This hand history is a bit hard to tackle without additional information because a min-3bet is going to be from a fish and fish come in all different shapes and sizes. You also don't show your hand. Had it been a normal single raised pot (SRP), then a low and connected board texture is generally going to be one that is good for the BB, so had it been a SRP SB would most check and develop a x/c and x/r range on this board.
Thirdly,
As played the hand is vs. some kind of fish, so additional information would be useful. It's difficult to gauge the range of an unknown min-3bet here. It could really be just about anything. Vs. the very large flop c-bet you'd do less x/r compared to if he had gone smaller, but this is a board texture that you would certainly still have all the sets and flopped straight (68s) along with lots of hands that could bluff raise. Therefore you can still have a x/r and x/c range built around sets/straights/straight draws/flush draws/ and combinations thereof.

So, no real reason to be jamming turn because your opponent is repping a polarized range (theoretically). Again, guy was just a mega-whale.
If I feel I have a good chance to be ahead, is my only play to JAM?
My 7 is not wanting to see another card if he feels superior, no?
Your right, I'm trying to avoid the pressure spots. I should be playing the game more theoretically sound.
