I think you have enough to call. The only hands you are worried by realistically are TT and AKs, JJ and QQ there is only 1 combo of each.

Do you think this opponent will double barrel KQs AQs or AKs?

You beat:

6 combo AA
6 combo KK
1 combo JTs (spades and diamonds)
2 combo KQs (blacks)
2 combo AQs (blacks)
(17 combo)

You lose:

2 combo AKs (clubs and hearts)
1 combo QQ
1 combo JJ
3 combo TT
3 combo 98 (not hearts)
(10 combo)

Excluded hands:
4 combos 99
3 combos 88
12 combo AKos
2 combo AKs (diamonds and spades)

Realistically, you are good 50%+ of the time. You only need 23.46% to breakeven on a call.

I wouldnt have played it this way post flop as you were probably behind otf and turn but since you decided to make questionable calls on both flop and turn with top pair medium kicker and then got lucky on the river why not call
